Curved Metal Packing Needle

I’ve had a number of requests for the metal needles. These 6" metal packing weaving needles by John James are convenient to weave in and out of some tight spaces, such as those last few picks of weft at the end of a swatch. The eye can easily accommodate a 3/8" wide ribbon or piece of fabric.   

Needle Specs

• Needle measures 6’’ long with 1/8’’ eye.
  
• 1/8’' tapered point starts 4’’ from the end of the needle.
  
• Just under 1/2 ounce.

The video shows how to use this needle. Unlike a straight needle, it requires shifting the needle from side to side to pick up the threads. The video has no audio.
